Please contact the USPS customer care team after 15 days.

Returns and Exchanges

We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments for orders placed with incorrect or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer during the order process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. We do not offer refunds for "cancel an order" requests. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. In the event that an item is received in a damaged condition, we will provide a refund for the damaged item on a per-item basis.
